To qualify for a refund, the item must:

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories;

  • Be returned in the same protective box used for delivery to ensure its preservation.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for refund.

  2. Our team will review your case and provide the return address and shipping instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Any original shipping or express delivery fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the product and packaging, and our team will prioritize a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Refund requests made after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.
