Return & Exchange Policy
At LLX Sneakers, every pair is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped to ensure quality and authenticity.
However, if your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple, transparent, and fair.
Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

Be unused, unworn, and in original condition;

Include all tags, packaging, and accessories intact;

Be returned in its original box, placed inside a protective shipping bag or box.
Items that show signs of wear, dirt, or damage will not be accepted.
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, accessories (such as socks, caps, or insoles) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Return Process

Contact our support team at support@llxsneakers.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review your request and send detailed instructions for the return.
Once the product arrives at our facility, it will be inspected within 3 business days.
If approved, you will receive confirmation by email regarding your exchange or refund status.
Exchange Options
If the requested size or item is available, we’ll proceed with an exchange shipment at no additional cost.
If the item is out of stock, you can choose between:

A store credit valid for future purchases; or
-
A refund to your original payment method.
Return Costs

Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items are fully covered by LLX.

Returns due to size change or preference are accepted, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
Once approved, funds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Please note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.
Our team will prioritize your case to arrange a replacement or full refund.
