Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct — LLX is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the courier fails to deliver due to absence or wrong address, re-delivery costs may apply.
7️⃣ Customs & Import Duties
For EU customers, all prices on our website include VAT — there are no additional customs fees.
For customers outside the EU, import taxes or duties may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by LLX.
8️⃣ Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
For lost shipments, LLX will open an investigation with the courier and replace or refund your order once confirmation is received.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to:
